Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Australia, NZ, Asia, United Kingdom, USA and Canada. If you can't see your country when checking out, please contact Customer Service at hola@petitbarcelona.com and we will gladly look into what options there are for you to try our shoes.
Import duties and taxes
IMPORTANT - Petit Barcelona does not cover customs and duties costs incurred for orders outside of Australia with an exception of the United States.
Customers located outside of Australia, may incur import duties and taxes which will be calculated by your countries Customs departments. As we do not have any control over these fees, we cannot cover them for you. Any duties and taxes paid are not refundable upon return.
Item not collected at Customs and returned
If the parcel is refused at Customs by the customer not wanting to receive it or does not respond to Customs communication in regards to the parcel, and the parcel is returned to Petit Barcelona, an administration fee will be applied of AUD $20 to cover all financial costs born on Petit Barcelona due to the refusal. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount. A credit note will be issued as we do not refund orders.
Please note Customs often take up to 6 months to return a parcel that has been refused. We are not able to refund the order until the parcel is returned to our warehouse and passes the returns inspection.
