Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us advising of your intent to return for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unaltered with no scratches, marks on the leather or soles and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.
- Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit.
- Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFORMATION
Please email us at hola@petitbarcelona.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with the following information:
- Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
- Shoe style, colour and size wanting to refund
- Reason for refund
In normal business, we will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your refund request.
We will send you a FREE Prepaid Shipping Label to return the shoes via our courier.
Promotions
If you purchase 2 or more pairs with 15% off promotion, if one pair is returned for a refund, the 15% discount will not apply and the original pair will go back to full price. The difference will be deducted from your refund.

- Shoe style, colour and size wanting to exchange
- Reason for exchange
- Photo's of your feet in the shoes at various angles (if you would like help with sizing and fit) before choosing another style or size.
We will send you a FREE Prepaid Shipping Label to return the shoes via our courier and will send out your exchange pair for free.
PROMOTIONS
1st purchase codes
All purchases of full price stock, using our 1st purchase sign up code is eligible for a full refund.
2 or more 15% off
If you purchase 2 or more pairs with 15% off promotion, if one pair is returned for a refund, the 15% discount will not apply and the original pair will go back to full price. The difference will be deducted from your refund.
Sales
Our promotional sales from time to time offer significant discounts on our shoes. Therefore the purchases are not eligible for a refund. Only an exchange for another product or store credit will be allocated.
Final clearance
Styles that are on final sale (this will be written in the description on the product page). As these shoes are not being restocked they are heavily discounted and cannot be returned for a refund, an exchange or a store credit. There are no exceptions to this.
Unfortunately no. Our Australian and European warehouses are not able to accommodate customer visits at this time as they are held on private premises. All returns must go via the above returns and exchanges process.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your items arrived damaged, within 3 days of receiving the items, please contact us via hola@petitbarcelona.com with the following information:
- Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
- Shoe style, colour and size
- Photo's of the shoes and explanation of issue.
We will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your faulty/ damaged item request and a solution.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have placed an order that you would like to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order for us to stop the shipping process. We will do our best to cancel the order before it has been shipped.
Charges
Please note if you have a change of mind and request to cancel your order you will incur a flat rate of AUD $10 per shoe within the order, which covers the financial institution costs incurred to the business which are not refunded to us in the event you cancel your order prior to fulfilment. This amount will be taken out of your final payout.
