You can make a return within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Must be in original condition
- Not have been worn, stretched or altered (without imprints or soiled soles)
- Ensure they are packed the way they arrived in order for shoes to maintain their shape including with cardboard inserts and Authenticity tag.
Petit Barcelona reserves the right to deny a return or exchange of goods if they do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Our leather is very delicate so please take care when trying on your shoes. If worn for a considerable amount of time, the leather will stretch to your foot shape. If stretched greatly, we will not be able to resell the shoe and therefore it will not qualify for a return.
- FULL PRICE: Refund or store credit available.
- PROMO SALE/DISCOUNT (EOFY Sale): Exchange or store credit available. No refunds.
- OUTLET: Strictly NO returns, no refunds or exchanges.

- Shoe style, colour and size wanting to refund
- Reason for refund
Wanting an Exchange?
Petit Barcelona does not offer manual exchanges or holds for exchanges due to the high volume of sales on a daily basis and especially during peak periods.
If you would like to exchange your item, we highly recommend the following:
- In-store at Camp Hill Boutique (if you purchase in-store),
- or by requesting a refund by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org (and follow the steps as per above). We will respond to your request as soon within 24 hours if not sooner.
To avoid disappointment of missing out on the shoe you would like exchanged, we recommend purchasing the shoe you would prefer online as a new order before receiving the refund for your original order. Due to delays in shipping and the volume of sales at this time this is the best and most efficient approach.
Once we receive the refund request and it meets the above criteria for a return, we will approve the return, and then refund you as soon as we receive the original shoes back.
Store Credits are issued for the amount paid (less any discounts). Your credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital Gift Card, once your return is processed.Your store credit is valid for 3 years after date issued. If you have misplaced the details of your store credit, contact us at email@example.com and we can re-email it to you.
Refunds: If you have changed your mind, or the shoes are not for you, you can return your SALE order (excludes The Outlet) for an exchange or for a gift card within the 30 days of receiving your items. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the items. We do not refund via original payment method only gift card for sale items.
Exchange: We highly recommend that you request a refund for the original SALE items and purchase a new order of the SALE shoes you would like for an exchange. Due to high volume of sales and delayed shipping times, this is the most efficient way to secure the shoes you prefer.
Store Credit: Store credits will be issued based on the amount paid for the product (less any discounts).
The Outlet Collection
From time to time, we will move stock into our The Outlet Collection which will not be restocked in the future. This is end of line stock. Therefore there are strictly NO returns, refunds or exchanges permitted. Please choose carefully.
