RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

Petit Barcelona's Returns Policy generously allows you to make a change to your order within 14 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are satisfied:

• Must be in original condition  
• Not have been worn, stretched or altered (without imprints or soiled soles)
• Ensure they are packed the way they arrived in order for shoes to maintain their shape including with cardboard inserts, calico bag or shoe box and Made in Menorca Government authenticity tag. 

For full priced items we allow returns for refund or store credit and exchanges for another size, style or colour.

For sale items (not including Archives Collection) we allow returns for an exchange or store credit only. Sale purchases are subject to Sale Terms and Conditions (see below for further details).

For all purchases from the Archives collection which are clearly stated FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund or return on the product pages, we do not refund nor exchange. So please contact us if you have any questions on sizing as we cannot make exceptions after the order is placed.

Eligibility for return

Please note that our leather is very delicate so please take care when trying on your shoes. If worn for a considerable amount of time, the leather will stretch to your foot shape and the footbed will bare the imprints of your feet. If marked or stretched, we will not be able to resell the shoe and therefore it will not qualify for a return. If this is the case, we will send you a photo of the shoes upon arrival to the warehouse and discuss steps further with you.

When you receive your shoes if you realise they are too small immediately please do not attempt to try the shoes on as this will ultimately stretch the leather and we will not be able to accept them as a return. 

If you receive your shoes and they are marked upon arrival, please take a photo and email to us at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com as soon as you receive your product. Otherwise we are unable to approve the refund if shoes are returned soiled.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR A REFUND

We are an Australian company and therefore returns must be directed to our warehouse in Australia. Please email us at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com with the following information please:

• Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
• Shoe style, colour and size wanting to refund
• Reason for refund

We will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your refund request and the address to send your shoes back to. During Sales periods we will respond within 3 business days. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AN EXCHANGE

We are an Australian company and therefore returns must be directed to our warehouse in Australia. Please email us at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com with the following information please:

• Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
• Shoe style, colour and size wanting to exchange
• Reason for exchange
• Photo's of your feet in the shoes at various angles (if you would like help with sizing and fit)

Our process for exchanges is as follows:

1. Contact us via email with the information as above
2. We will send you the Returns information 
3. We will hold your exchanged pair and ship to you when your original order is received at our Brisbane warehouse.

If you would like to talk through your exchange options please email our team at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com as we are happy to help you find the best fit. It is helpful for our team to see photo's of you in the shoes at various angles so that we can best understand how your shoes sit on your feet. This allows us to better advise on the best fit for you. 

We will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your exchange request and the address to send your shoes back to. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning your order to us to our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. 
• The original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable unless an item is found to be faulty. 
• If you are outside Australia and wish to EXCHANGE your item, please contact us and we will discuss return shipping options with you. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR A FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM(S)

If you believe your items arrived damaged or have been damaged within the first 3 months after the date you received the shoes, please email us at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com with the following information please:

• Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
• Shoe style, colour and size 
• Photo's of the shoes

We will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your faulty/ damaged item request and a solution. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLING AN ITEM NOT YET SHIPPED

Orders of in stock shoes are not able to be cancelled once placed. Once you receive the items you will need to follow the return instructions above for a refund.

• Prices are marked. No coded is needed at checkout.

• This code can only be used once per customer. 
• It can be used at any point of the lifetime of the customer, but only once. 
• It cannot be used with any other promotional codes (birthday, sale or teachers codes for example).
