RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Petit Barcelona's Returns Policy generously allows you to make a change to your order within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
Please note that our leather is very delicate so please take care when trying on your shoes. If worn for a considerable amount of time, the leather will stretch to your foot shape and the footbed will bare the imprints of your feet. If marked or stretched, we will not be able to resell the shoe and therefore it will not qualify for a return. When you receive your shoes if you realise they are too small immediately please do not attempt to squeeze your feet into the shoes as this will ultimately stretch the leather and we will not be able to accept them as a return.
If you receive your shoes and they are marked, please take a photo and email to us at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com as soon as you receive your product. Otherwise we are unable to approve the refund if shoes are returned soiled.

Our process for exchanges is as follows:
1. Contact us via email with the information as above
2. We will send you the Returns information
3. We will hold your exchanged pair and ship to you when your original order is received at our Brisbane warehouse.
If you would like to talk through your exchange options please email our team at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com as we are happy to help you find the best fit. It is helpful for our team to see photo's of you in the shoes at various angles so that we can best understand how your shoes sit on your feet. This allows us to better advise on the best fit for you.

If you believe your items arrived damaged or have been damaged within the first 3 months after the date you received the shoes, please email us at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com with the following information please:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLING AN ITEM NOT YET SHIPPED
Orders of in stock shoes are not able to be cancelled once placed. Once you receive the items you will need to follow the return instructions above for a refund.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLING AN AFTERPAY ITEM NOT YET SHIPPED
Please note - if you order with AfterPay and cancel your PREORDERED item before it has been shipped, you will incur an restock admin fee of 8% of the cost of your order. AfterPay charges Petit Barcelona 8% of the total order cost for each purchase and does not refund this when an order is cancelled due to change of mind or a refund. For orders not placed with AfterPay we will refund the total amount.
